Join the fun and WORK FOR CHANGE! Join fellow democrats as we canvass door to door and call voters for Obama, Tuke, Berke, Brown and Favors. CANVASS Democrats wearing their favorite candidate gear will head out in morning (9:30) and afternoon (1:00) shifts from Hamilton County Democratic Party Headquarters at 23 Patten Parkway the next 2 Saturdays. We'll form teams and knock on the doors of targeted Democratic households in Andy Berke's 10th State Senate district. We'll hand out flyers with EARLY VOTING and ELECTION DAY information and sign up people who need rides to the poll. PHONE CALLS Democrats are gathering at the Headquarters to make phone calls into targeted areas to Democratic homes to make sure our voters are informed about the voting process and that they GET OUT THE VOTE! The mood has been electric at the headquarters this week as a group of callers, brought together by Representative Tommie Brown, have touched individual voters who needed our help! As our State changes from pink to light blue, an Obama victory in TENNESSEE becomes a distinct possibility and this is your chance to be PART OF HISTORY!
