EARLY VOTE TURNOUT: 67,500 VOTED IN HAMILTON COUNTY! NOW FOR OUR FINAL PUSH!We have set new records with 67,500 voting early, even though the Hamilton County Democratic Party urged the Election Commission to have two other early voting sites. With only five days away from victory for Democrats, we must still have a FINAL PUSH to "get out the vote" to elect Barack Obama, Bob Tuke, Andy Berke, JoAnne Favors, and Tommie Brown. You can participate in any or all of these seven ways: 1. SEND MONEY! $5, $25, or $100 payable to "HCDP" for GOTV will help. We have almost reached our goal of $5,000. Send your check to: HCDP, 23 Patten Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402 2. SIGN UP! Help us on Election Day (poll working, visibility, rides, phone calls, etc.). Call Annie Hall to sign up at 266-4125. 3. CANVASS & MAKE PHONE CALLS! Join us at the headquarters this Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Call Molly Cooper at 266-4125. 4. TRAIN! Join us at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2, for Election Day volunteer training and a special dinner of red beans and rice cooked up by Chef Duffy and the Shorters. Contact Duffy Hudson at 266-4125. 5. PRAY! Attend the "Women of Faith Prayer Breakfast" at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, at Wally's Restaurant on McCallie Avenue. On Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4, help us by voting and volunteering. 7. CELEBRATE! Join us Election Night to celebrate with Democrats at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Imperial Ballroom.
